This Privacy Policy explains how Digiquag ("Digiquag", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.digiquag.in or use the internal tools we operate as part of our services.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you contact us through the website, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message content you submit, so that we can respond to your enquiry.

Information collected automatically

We use cookies and analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, browser and device type, and referring source. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

Client account data

When a client engages us to manage their advertising or website, we process data from the accounts they authorise us to access, strictly to deliver the services they have asked for.

Google user data

Digiquag operates an internal dashboard that connects to the Google Ads API. This section explains exactly how that works.

• Whose data. The tool accesses Google Ads accounts only where the account owner has explicitly granted Digiquag access. It is used solely by Digiquag staff. It is not available to the public and has no end-user sign-up.
• What we access. Advertising performance data from those accounts — campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, impressions, clicks and cost — together with campaign, ad group, keyword and ad configuration.
• Why. To produce performance reports for the account owner, and to create and manage search campaigns, keywords and ads on their behalf.
• Authorisation. We authenticate using Google OAuth 2.0 with the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. We never ask for, store or use any person's Google account password.
• Storage. OAuth tokens are stored as encrypted server-side configuration and are never exposed to a browser or included in our source code. Retrieved advertising data is stored on our servers only as long as needed to produce reports for that client.
• Sharing. We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data. We do not transfer it to third parties, and we do not combine data across clients.
• No advertising or model training. We do not use Google user data for advertising to you, and we do not use it to train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Deletion. Account owners may revoke Digiquag's access at any time from their Google Ads account or via Google Account permissions. On revocation or at the end of an engagement, we delete the associated tokens and stored account data on request.

Digiquag's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and provide the services we have been engaged to deliver
• To operate, maintain and improve our website
• To meet our legal, accounting and contractual obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business — for example website hosting, email delivery and analytics — and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and client account data for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by law. We delete or anonymise data once it is no longer needed.

Security

We use HTTPS across our site, restrict access to credentials and client data to staff who need it, and store secrets in encrypted server-side configuration. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email help@digiquag.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
